SEATS STILL AVAILABLE. This year’s Champagne Tasting undoubtedly will be one of our finest. Once again we are immensely excited to partner with Altabira City Tavern at the new Hotel Eastlund, the project from Dave Machado, he of Pazzo, Lauro and Nel Centro fame.

Each year we come up with a semblance of a theme for the holiday fete de Champagne. For Version 19, we decided to celebrate the current, modern day Belle Epoque of the Champagne region by highlighting the diversity of producers, styles, villages and terroir. Four multi-vintage offerings along with four top-notch vintage offerings, all from different growers/houses meaning no two on the list are from the same producer.

As usual, they are all solely from France’s Champagne region. Not only is Champagne the ultimate celebratory tipple, it is utterly stunning with food and will be paired with the menu listed below from Altabira Chef Luis Escorcia and his team.
